Job Description
This top-tier developer has a celebrated portfolio in retail, commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong. Their landmark mixed-use development consists of Grade-A office space and retail outlets located in core business districts. They are now looking for energetic Property Operations Manager to lead their new exciting team.

Key Responsibilities: You will be account for the site-in-charge of the abovementioned high-end commercial property. You will be leading a team of professional building management staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all building facilities and first class services are delivered to tenants and customers. Involving in the large-scale renovation work and maintenance project will be key responsibilities as well.
To be a qualified candidate, you will be tertiary educated in Property Management or Property related discipline and have more than 8 years' relevant experience. The experience in managing high class commercial portfolio would be a definite advantage. The successful incumbent will have excellent leadership skills, communication skills, as well as proactive attitude.
