Job duties:

l  Coordinate with project team to clarify the design query and prepare shop drawings.

l  Prepare information and submission document for consultant approval.

l  Handle site documents and assist to keep proper documentation at site.

l  Monitor the site installation and safety.

l  Assist to liaise with consultants for proper facilitation of site works during the course of design revision.

Requirements:

l  Diploma or above in Building Studies related disciplines.

l  Min. 2 years solid experience in interior fit-out projects. 

l  Lower qualification or experience will be considered as junior position.

l  Willing to learn and self-motivated

l  Good Knowledge in MS project, AutoCAD is preferable.

Right candidate works 5.5 days per week (off on alternate Saturday), medical insurance provided.
