Job Responsibilities:

• Lead store VM team and run daily VM operation throughout store;
• Develop / update VM training for VM and store staff to maintain brand image;
• Manage design of display setting and coordinate with suppliers /contractors throughout production and installation;
• Overlook the quality and maintain record of VM tools and props to ensure they are in top conditions for display;
• Co-ordinate with Department Managers and Buyers on merchandise focus, rotation and special arrangements;
• Liaise with designers / vendors / tenants to provide consistence display within external brands display directives;
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Creative team and Graphic team to complete set-up;
• Assist in event set-up and other marketing events;
• Seasonal floor planning;
• Regular reporting to top management on store VM issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, in related design discipline;
• 4 years or above relevant experience with exposure in retail visual merchandising, multi-brand / department store experience is an advantage;
• Solid experience in window display, in-store visual merchandising, design and decoration is essential.
• Well organized, creative, with good sense of responsibilities and leadership, as well as with good communication skills.
• Independent, attention to detail, team player and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong in Styling.
