Responsibilities:

• Handle design and working drawings together with contract documentation.
• Assist Design Manager in preparing sketches and design presentation for clients.
• Plan and manage submission schedules for shopdrawings to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements.
• Supervise the updates of shopdrawings in accordance with latest design intention.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in furniture design and building regulations.
• At least 3 years working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field. Knowledge in furniture design and building regulations would be a plus.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge in working drawings. Proficiency in SolidWorks would be a definite advantage.
• Good presentation and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.
