Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop watch designs based on market trend and customer requirements
• Discuss and Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising and Engineering for making up of prototype with technical construction feasible for mass production within target costs
• Follow up prototype progress with different parties, internally & externally
• Conduct market research & analysis, provide trend report & concept
• Travel to China, within Guangdong, 3-4 times per month

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in product design or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years working experience in relevant post in watch industry, with fashion jewelry experience is an advantage
• Able to work under tight deadline and with multi-projects
• Creative, independent, self-motivated, highly organized, good communication & presentation skills
• Strong sense of fashion trend, with knowledge of crystal & innovative elements
• Knowledge of Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop and sketching skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

Immediate Availability is preferred

Candidates with more than 5 years experiences may be considered as Senior Designer.
