Job Descriptions:

• Develop and plan the content of digital platforms of IKEA Hong Kong, i.e. IKEA Retail Website (including desktop and mobile site) and Store app according to the global release content and local marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal (e.g. Online Sales team, CSC, Store, IT, Sales team etc) and external parties (e.g. web agency, digital media agency and translator etc) aligning with the commercial calendar
• Understand the digital market trend and closely monitor online campaigns in the market
• Collect visitor tracking statistics, conduct market research/analysis and compile management reports

Character & Personality and Any Other Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, E-Commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years experience in website development and maintenance with exposure to e-channel areas or webpage design and management
• Good knowledge of content and site management systems/image editing software used and web analytics tools, including HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Google Analytics, web trend, etc.
• Good knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search Engine Marketing (SEM) and how digital media channels can be supported by content
• Passionate about retailing industry in home furnishing, IKEA Values and digital landscape
• Positive mind-set with strong sense of commitment & ownership
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork player
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
