Assistant Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Interior Design or relevant discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in luxury residential, show flat, F&B Project and interior fitting-out projects

• Capable in budget control

• Responsible for execution on-site supervision of progress, coordination with clients and sub-contractors, site report, drawing submission

• Attend regular site meetings, monitor progress and workman ship on site

• Good skill in shop drawing and details drawing

• Good knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max etc.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred

• Creative, responsible and self-motivated

• Good writing and speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferred

• Responsible and able to work independently till project completion and under pressure

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident and holder of Construction Site Safety Card

• Immediately preferable

Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors
• Assist in on-site checking and measurement, checking quality and progress of works
• Assist team to complete drawings and tasks
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements: 

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years or above solid experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D-Max, free hand sketches & other design based skills
• Bright, self-motivated, outgoing, innovative and energetic
• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks
• Willing to travel in China and Overseas Occasionally
• Good command of spoken & written in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Immediately preferable
