Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the human resources team to strategically and effectively managing a full spectrum of HR functions, including C&B, recruitment, training, employee relations, system management, etc.
- Manage and advise to senior management team on all HR related issues, e.g. employee compensation, labor disputes, management of vendors for HR services, budget controls, etc.
- Devise and improve on HR policies and functional efficiencies
- Ensure operations are compliant with statutory regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines is preferred
- 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experienced with construction / engineering industries would be an advantage
- Well versed with all HR related ordinances and regulations
- Result-driven, detail-minded, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior HR Officer
