Company Description
Our client, a leading event & entertainment organizer, is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities
- Involve in full spectrum of human resources related matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and policy and procedures
- Implement and support HR projects including employee engagement survey, salary benchmarking, talent management initiatives etc.
- Participate on learning & development initiatives to enhance staff competency
- Develop and implement HR initiatives in compliance with corporate objectives and standards
- Provide HR support and advice to all business units to drive business performance and employee engagement
- Plan and prepare annual HR budget and HR reports for management purposes
- Other ad-hoc HR projects or tasks
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience
- Experience in handling C&B projects
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
