Responsibilites: 

• Responsible for overall payroll and C&B administration.
• Coordinate monthly payroll
• Handle MPF/Pension processing, medical insurance arrangement, Filing of tax return and general C&B administration.
• Work closely with Finance department on all ledger and records information
• Assist in general HR management
• Support and coordinate with China HR team on ad hoc cases
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

 Specifications: 

• Tertiary Education with over 10 years experience in payroll administration in Finance industry
• Sound knowledge in excel applications, Employment Ordinance.
• Work independently with responsibility and stable.
• Detailed minded, systematic with good numeric sense.
• Good interpersonal skill and be able to interact with all levels of staff
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
