Requirements:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Efficient and polite, with clear voice, helpful tone, friendly and positive attitude
• Customer/member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of hotel industry, products and services an advantage
• Minimum Form 6 or diploma with pass in English plus 1 year’s working experiences in hotel/ member service industry; candidates with higher academic qualifications also welcome to apply

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform office administrative duties and offer admin support to the sales teammates
• Handle customers/members’ enquiries, do welcome calls and make reservations for them
• Arrange data input and membership packages for members
• Hand in regular reports to hotel and manager
