Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and effectively coordinate day-to-day schedule for senior bankers and provide general administrative support to Corporate Finance & Global Capital Markets Department in a professional manner;
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports, presentations;
• Handle travel arrangement, hotel & flight reservation and expenses reimbursement;
• Answer incoming calls and general enquiries; and
• Provide support to ad hoc projects as required. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in financial industry;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of integrity and confidentiality of all business matters;
• Good in details, well-organized with flexibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Independent, mature, self-motivated, responsible with good problem solving skill;
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Putonghua is a must;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
