Secretary

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative supports to Director office including travel arrangement/itinerary, daily schedule, and personal activities
• Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the company
• Assist in the operation support, file processing, meeting record
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the internal and external parties and coordinate various work and business issues
• Prepare business proposal to key accounts of buyer

Job Requirement

• Degree or above
• 1 years relevant working experiences
• Fresh graduate or candidate with entrance level experience will also be considered 
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good / satisfactory command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Secretary
