Our client is a reputable banking , and they are currently seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefit Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Review and update company C&B benefits, policies and documents according to corporate guidelines, company's values, business needs and local labor ordinance
• Leading the regional C&B team and ensure smooth and accurate operations
• Partner closely with retail operation on commission scheme analysis and revieve
• Work closely with finance department to provide information required for reporting
• Lead annual C&B exercise of salary survey and benefits benchmarking
• Review and develop Asia HR policy and procedures to ensure its compliance with local labour regulations
• Formulate and design new benefit schemes across the Asia region Participate in any HR projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years solid HR experience of which a focus in Compensation & Benefits area
• Working experience within banking or insurance industry is highly preferred
• Regional experience is required and preferably with knowledge in local labour ordinance of different countries
• Strong analytical skills with excellent numerical sense
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
• Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
