Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties for the Group
• Reporting to Chairman of the Group, and to supervise a small team for performing duties for the Group
• Formulate, execute and monitor the operations of HR & Admin. Department and Customer Service department
• Responsible for the areas of(including but not limited to): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits (payroll, MPF, taxation, medical insurance), New Staff Orientation & Training Development, Attendance & Leave Management
• Experience of setting up HRIS and its implementation for the Group is absolutely an advantage
• Monitoring of general administration duties, e.g. reception areas, cleaning, courier services
• Other ad hoc projects or duties: ISO Audit, ESG data generation & report, annual dinner,recreational & company activities, team building activities

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 10 years related working experience, FMCG industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive manner, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines, independent and being as a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management staff and general staff
• Good communication skills, including both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
