Job Description

Responsibilities:   

  • Accountable for the day-to-day program management of assigned key customers and marketplace
  • Work in various areas, such as operations, customer services, invoicing and costing, IT, reporting etc., in order to support the daily businesses of the key customers
  • Responsible for driving growth of assigned key customers and marketplaces
  • Support Key Account Management to ensure seamingless operations
  • Assist in negotiating business deals and contract terms
  • Able to take up ad-hoc tasks in supporting the E-Commerce team in various functions, e.g. Customer Services, Operations, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or the above, preferably in transportation and logistics field but not a must
  • 1-2 year of relevant working experience, Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • Candidate with international experience is a plus
  • Passions in E-Commerce and target to develop career in the logistics field
  • Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
  • Able to cope with fast-pace environment, self-initiative and work independently
  • Sense of ownership and commitment to task & time is a definite requirement
  • Able to work for long hours
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Business travel will be necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
