Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to manage the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential property portfolio
• Responsible for proposing and monitoring necessary improvements and modifications to exiting M/E plants / building facilities
• Supervise emergency maintenance works and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines
• 7 years’ relevant experience, with at least 4 years of solid technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation and A&A works gained in property management companies
• Willing to take initiative and challenges
• Able to work independently
