Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related discipline
  With 1 to 2 years working experience or fresh graduates in the fields of telecom and/or ISP and/or satellite services providers
• Knowledge with IP network equipment (i.e. firewalls, switches and routers), BGP routing and TCP/IP protocols
  
• Preferably with practical experience in TDM/TDMA VSAT hubs and different kinds of SCPC modems.
  
• Fair understanding in radio communication technologies.
  
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must. 
• Good communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people.
  
• Preferably with customer support exposure.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Mainly provide customer support, technical assistance to clients and include network operations and satellite communications service activation and trouble-shooting.
  
• Ad hoc projects like network planning, network engineering and solution designs as assigned by the Company from time to time.
