We are looking for experienced high-calibre candidates in our toy industry in PRC to support its Lean Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Report to Board of Directors
• Direct supervise quality department and customer communication team
• Provide strategic plan for company sustainability and business succession
• Plan and implement improvement program to enhance cost and operational efficiency for the Group
• Assist in implementing a vision of innovating entire value chain from upstream to downstream activities
• Assist in development of ERP system
• Liaise with customer and coordinate between company and customer
• Lead different departments and guide various parties to accomplish the milestones of the projects with proper monitoring and measuring methods
• Drive continuous improvement culture throughout the company
• Hold training session and workshop for manufacturing improvement
• Conduct regular review/audit of all ongoing improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, quality management or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry with at least 5 years relevant working experiences in managing and/or implementation of Lean projects
• Experiences in toy industry is preferred
• Sound project management experience
• Excellent in communication, coaching and leadership skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to be stationed in Haifeng, Guangdong, PRC
