Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute various installation projects, including sub-letting, materials procurement and resources planning
• Monitor work progress, work safety, payment application, and manage the settlement of final accounts with clients
• Responsible for drawings preparation and shop drawings checking
• Prepare submission/ tender materials and other supporting documents
• Site supervision and coordination. Required working in construction site and occasionally working at height
• Handle contractual issues, include but not limited to VO claims
• Communicate and build good relationship with clients (employers/ consultants/ main contractors)

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project management and site supervision in Building Services/ E&M projects
• Experience in Mechanical Handling and Lifting Appliances (e.g.crane & hoist, gondola systems) projects would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Building and Construction regulations, statutory requirements and practices
• Familiar with CAD Drafting works
• Familiar with project management and contract law
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
