Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handles all technical aspects of security systems;
- To provide technical support to other teams, includes drawings, technical support engineer and technician;
- Give technical advices and quailty supports to various department include sales, projects, maintenance, installation and CAMS;
- Review workshop policies and procedures regularly;
- Follow-up workshop equipment calibration;
- Ensure sufficient coaching and products orientation has been / will be provided to new technical staff;
- Ensure sufficient coaching and products orientation has been / will be provided to new technical staff;
- Assess skill level of each new technical staff;
- Liaise with Quality and Safety Manager to assess the technical skills of all technical staff regularly to determine the training needs;
- Provide new products orientation to all technical staff;
- Evaluate, develop, improve and fine-tune new products;
- Consolidate information from heads o maintenance, installation and control room / customer care centre, then submit to Executive Director for monthly management report preparation;
- Provide system trouble shooting for customers;
- Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulations
Requirements:
- Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 5-8 years of experience required in related field
- Interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, listening skills
- Operating systems, backup software, database software
- Knowledge of and ability to use equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits and network analyzers
