Job Description
A) ENGINEERING MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER
(5 posts, OEM/ODM mfg, metal parts, home appliance, audio product)
Quality Manager (Shenzhen)
Responsibilities
- In-charge all quality aspects from supplier management, incoming material control, process quality control and outgoing product assurance to ensure the product quality could meet customer specification, requirements and expectation
- Provide professional advice and support to Program Quality Engineer to handle quality issue during new product development
- Prepare and review KPI & budget for quality department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering, quality or equivalent disciplines
- 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years as Quality Manager
- Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred
- Thorough understand of Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Be familiar with common quality tools such as SPC, GRR and Cpk for process capability study, control and monitoring
- Demonstrate skillful application of APQP, PPAP, project management skills, negotiating and influencing strategy
- Ability to build relationships and credibility across the organization; works effectively with cross functional teams; able to function in a matrix environment
- Ability to get things done and multi-task; acts with a sense of urgency; able to prioritize; excellent decision making/judgment skills. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Good command of English & Chinese and strong communication skills
