Major Responsibilities:

• Manage instruments installations following the company guidelines and procedures.
• Provide technical support to customers, including mechanical and electronics maintenance of medical instruments
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure instruments are in healthy condition
• Develop and apply solutions for hospital and clinic customers on project base instruments assembly with integration and control
• Support field service activities and instruments operation to customers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or High Diploma in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar in programming language and software application
• Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in medical or clinical environment
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibility and with customer-centric mentality
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
