Sales & Service Engineers

Job Descriptions

• Take care of customers’ enquiries and provide prompt service support  (eg technical sales discussion & quotes, installation & process optimization, after sales service support)
• Keep regular contact with customers on their requirements and follow up outstanding issues, if any
• Develop new markets and customers on own initiative (both industrial and R&D users)

Job Requirements

• Degree holders (Preferably E.E, Physics major) or Equivalent with a mature and independent personality
• Strong self-initiated personality, and good presentation skill is advantageous
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivators with strong drive to achieve business objectives and willing to learn
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to travel freely in the Mainland China or overseas occasionally
