QualityDirector/Manager will be accountable for the continuing development and effectiveness of key functional quality areas such as process reliability, regulatory compliance, quality metrics and analytics, and product safety. This leadership role will also ensure compliance with all related regulations, in China. as well as elsewhere around the world. He/she will provide direction and leadership to a global staff, and will be responsible for the selection, motivation and oversight of that staff for the achievement of the

 SIL’s Research and Development and Manufacturing are world-class, of the highest quality, and produced and delivered in a timely manner.

• Define quality control strategy and lead creative solutions through multiple and complex global projects
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change within the Quality organization and Honeywell Operating System
• Establishing quality and reliable systems and standards of best practice
• Establishes raw material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements
• Enhances in-process product inspection standards
• Builds standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures
• Establishes product quality documentation system and documentation
• Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods
• Complete quality assurance requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Manage and mentor quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Qualification:

• An engineering degree or similar from a top University
• Over 10 years’ experiences in a Quality function within Charger, adaptors, LED Lighting, PCBA and consumer electronic field
• Proven track record in quality management systems building gained from MNC work experience
• Proven success in leading a cross functional team, driving change, collaborative approach and results driven 
• Experienced in driving change management initiatives with proven results
• Preferred to be experienced in consumer electronic and power solution field
• Good communication skills including negotiation and persuasion
• Willingness to be based in Dong Guan
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
