Responsibilities:

• Produce Instruction Books, by writing, drawing, proof-reading, checking artworks and its layout, and providing feedback to the Instruction Book Team
• Analyse product information from supplier and feedback from Technical teams related to Instruction Books, Quick Start Guides, and Installation Guides
• Work closely with In-house Technical Writers to develop and implement the production schedule of Instruction Book.
• Trace all information relating to the updates, and make appropriate follow up in the working process of the Instruction Book.
• Produce artwork layout of translated texts of all contents in the Instruction Book

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in English or similar disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in electronics and electrical field of technical writing
• Strong data organization skill and writing skill in English
• Good team player with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-own and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 6 and a Mac machine is a must
• Visit to office during office hours is necessary for product information and usage
