Responsibilities:

• Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
• Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
• Organize meals for clients, arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments
• Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support to the team

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree graduate
• Experience in hotel front office, tourism, airline and related services is an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, creative and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to work on shift duties with allowance (no overnight shift is required)
