Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Develop and implement technical security systems, security policy, standard, guidelines and procedures including but not limited to the following areas : access control system, video surveillance system and emergency alarms

- Provide technical advice and inputs to current and future technical security systems across HSH operations

- Play a lead role in tracking technology developments and in assessing future technical security systems and advise senior management on these systems

- Provide technical support to HSH security teams so as to optimise operational gains from in-service technical security systems

- Implement and follow-up on regular Security & Operational Risk audit/visit to each property and assist the Director of Security & Operational Risk and Regional Directors of  Security & Operational Risk to set standards to all operations in assigned regions

 

Qualifications

- At least 5 years' experience in access control, surveillance and alarm systems

- Degree in Security & Risk Management or equivalent

- Able to communicate effectively and present the findings to the Senior Management

- Strong analytical mind, independent, good problem-solving and multi-tasks handling

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
