Job Duties:

• Provide high level of Bar service to Club members according to the standards of the Club
• Plan and create drinks, cocktails as well as bar menu
• Ensure service standards are complied with food and beverage regulations
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Ensure Bar area is organized, stocked and clean glasses, utensils and equipments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Catering Management or related discipline, with WSET qulification is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in F & B or Hotels operation
• Knowledge of wine & spirits
• Candidate with less experienced will consider as Bartender / Barmaid
