Requirements

• Degree/Associate Degree graduate
• 2 years or above relevant experience in customer service
• Experience in multicultural working environment is preferable
• Prior exposure in hospitality background will also be considered
• Detail-minded, positive, customer-oriented and good team player
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Outlook etc
• Fresh degree holder will also be considered as Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of customer service with internal and external parties
• Provide appropriate follow up on customers’ enquiries and requests
• Assist in marketing events coordination and maintaining clients’ database
