Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality services to residents and ensure smooth operation of clubhouse counter
- Plan and organize clubhouse activities to generate revenue and to achieve customer's satisfaction
- Supervise the Concierge team to achieve the service standard
Requirements:
- Form 5 standard with certificate in sports and recreation studies preferred
- Minimum 4 years clubhouse or customer service experience
- Presentable and service oriented
- Willing to work shift hours
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
