Summary:

ZEBRA Insights Group is seeking an Event Coordinator to be fully responsible for the coordination of our clients' speaking events. You will work closely with members of the clients' event coordination team, the guest speakers as well as dedicated vendors.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of each speaking engagement and initiate follow ups to ensure an event runs smoothly
• Handle all the compliance documents required for each speaking engagement
• Coordinate the presentation materials and other paperwork required prior to the event
• Act as the main contact for guest speakers and field client inquiries
• Manage the invoicing process for each guest speaker and all events
• Manage the speakers' pre-event logistics (hotel, airlines, travel agents, scheduling etc)

 Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years in Event Management from hotel / hospitality sector
• Dynamic person with affinity for an entrepreneurial company
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English essential, close to native speaker level preferred
• Experience in running projects on your own and in teams with set deadlines
• Strong communication skills and time management, excellent at organising your workload
• A strong attention to detail and numbers is absolutely essential for this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
