Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Grill Room including but not limited to budget control, revenue and expenses, guest experiences, promotional activities, and staff training and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions gained in private clubs/ hotels/ fine dining restaurants.
• Experience in private clubs/ hotels will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead the team and provide trainings to staff.
• Customer oriented.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
