Job Description
- Certificate in western kitchen operation/ confectioneries production or related disciplines is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in culinary operations, preferably in hotel industry
- Possess formal training in food hygiene management preferred
- Creative and with team spirit
- Experience in pastry will be an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as 1st Commis / Commis
