Job Description

  • Certificate in western kitchen operation/ confectioneries production or related disciplines is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in culinary operations, preferably in hotel industry
  • Possess formal training in food hygiene management preferred
  • Creative and with team spirit
  • Experience in pastry will be an advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as 1st Commis / Commis
