Job Description
Responsibility includes:

Provide warm and professional impression to members who call to make cabin reservations and enquiries of membership products

Master and introduce the products in terms of marketing promotions, events, tournaments and cabin features

Handle all reservation requests, amendments and cancellations received by phone, emails or webchats
-
Effectively differentiate cabin type to match the right product with specific members’ needs
-
Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and service standards
-
Ensure the productivity levels, service standards and customer relations are maintained

Maintain proper phone etiquette with each customer

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
-
High school diploma college education in Hospitality/ Marketing/ Gaming/ Tourism field is preferred

Experience in front desk, reservations or call center is a plus
-
Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook is a must
-
A target-driven attitude with flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week
