Job Responsibilities:

* To be fully responsible for the overall operations and the development and performance management of employees of the MGM Macau & Cotai Hotel’s Spa Division, including Spas, Gyms, Studios, Salons and Pools

* Oversee the financial aspects of the above mentioned operation. Review and monitor departmental profits, payroll expenses, OS&E expenses, cost per occupied Key, previous day’s occupancy, revenues and other KPI’s

* Responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality is provided to Hotel guests, members and other customers

* Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries regarding Spas, Gyms, Studios, Pools, Salons and Company related services and products

* Ensure efficient operation of the Spa's wet area, Gym, Salon & Pool and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's assets

* Facilitate departmental strategic planning meetings

Job Requirements:

* 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

* Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University preferred

* Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese preferable

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera, SpaSoft and/or CSS, SpaBooker

* ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage an advantage

* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to ascertain and effectively address concerns, challenges and needs with superiors, peers and subordinates
