Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 7, MS Office, desktop and notebook computers, printers and video conference devices. Maintain internal telephone exchange, security and network systems. 
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and software licnese and parts.
• Coordinate with external subcontractor for regular offices maintenance.
• Collabortate with oversea IT departments for inter-office network setup and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years solid experience in Windows based desktop computer support.
• Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills and communication skill with all end users.
• Possess some knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 server, AD, DHCP and DNS.
• No experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
