Responsibilities:

• This role will be reporting to IT Manager;
• Providing day-to-day technical support and help-desk services to users;
• Installing and configuring Microsoft Window for PC;
• Installing and configuring Smart Phone for users;
• Providing front line support for email, Desktop, Laptop, Smart Phone, IT equipment issues;
• Working with service vendors making sure vendor deployments and deliverables meeting the requirements;
• Maintaining internal PC, Smartphone, window software and applications software licenses and inventory;
• Assisting project implementation, like office relocations, window applications deployment;
• Diagnosing hardware/software faults, assisting to resolve or reporting to 2nd line support;
• Logging users queries and issues, assisting to resolve or reporting to 2nd line support;
• Supporting sales meeting and conference setup; and
• Perform ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years IT user support / administration experience;
• Solid experience in help-desk support, virus and spam control, Servers, Laptop, desktop, Smart Phone, PC disaster recovery and data migration;
• Good PC knowledge;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Self-motivated, positive and customer focused attitude, able to work under pressure;
• Able to work independently, effectively managing competing priorities and working to deadlines;
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
