Responsibilities:

• Support Total Customer Experience, work as regional expert for the “Flight Operations System”
• Provide support to Asia Pacific clients through different access channels (email, phone, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
• Effectively manage a client interaction; identify, explain and resolve issues
• Conduct training to clients and attend tradeshows

Requirements:

• University degree graduates
• Minimum 3 years working experience as application support, customer service, or business analyst with knowledge in “Flight Operations System”
• Excellent customer service skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
