Our client is a MNC Cyber Security/ Physical Security Vendor. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Senior Manager/Director to be based in Hong Kong to head up the Greater China Region

Responsibilities:

•  Overall Profit & Loss of the company
• Provide strategic direction for the organization and overall in charge of business strategic planning, sales and financial performance
• Establish sales target for the sales team and measure the effectiveness of the strategies, tactical actions and performance of the sales team
• Responsible for driving the teams in developing new accounts, nurturing existing accounts and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
• Together with the sales team, monitor and evaluate the market and main competitors, identify trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• BS/ MS in Computer Science/ Business Administration with about 10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in a IT Security technology or services industry
• Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience. 
• Possess strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with strong problem solving and analysis record
• Well versed in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Occasional Travel to other Asia countries for meetings
