Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional human resources on full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing candidates, screening resume, interview, offer processing to on-boarding
- Work with department heads to identify hiring needs, budget and performance management
- Explore and evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment channels and execute recruitment activities (e.g., career fair, recruitment day)
- Manage other HR of Mainland & Taiwan office
The Person
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Computer Science / Business related disciplines
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
