Responsibilities:

• Manage the facilities, events and tasks that related to 2 main data centres and 17 in-office computer equipment rooms;
• Manage vendors to implement projects and tasks;
• Coordinate with other teams in the company in data centres or computer rooms facility maintenance events such as WR5, power suspension, cooler maintenance, UPS maintenance etc.;
• Maintain inventory records of equipment, network connection records, and rack assignment records etc.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal company compliance and risk management requirements;
• Manage the data centre to move forward to modern data centre technologies;
• Act as the escalation point of data centre team for all related alerts and provide guidance to the team for troubleshooting;
• May work during weekend and night-times, participating in a 24x7 on call supports; and
• Manage data centre related incidents.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of solid experience on managing data centre operations and  technologies
• Experience and knowledge on managing computer room facilities
• Experience of vendor management
• Experience of leadership and team management
• Experience of computer room design
• Knowledge of network equipment and network cabling and infrastructure
• Experience of working in FSI data centre environment is preferred
• Knowledge of data centre equipment  and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Be willing to work outside business hours, including some weekends. This role requires the candidate to be available on-call
• The ability to work independently and self motivation is essential
• Good communication skills and good command in English and Chinese
