Responsibilities:

• Perform the System and Servers monitoring.
• Responsible for the System Health Check.
• Handle the Hotline, Service-Desk Services and problem escalation.
• Handle backup tape and daily report printing.
• Prepare Monthly Reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
• At least 1 year Operation experience on Government IT Systems.
• At least 1 year Operation experience in supporting UNIX based Systems (IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris, etc.) and MS Windows platform in a High Availability and Cluster environment.
• Basic PCs troubleshooting skills would be an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Shift duty is required (willing to work on Public Holidays and 7x24 Duty roster).
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan area.
