Client Information:

One of the fastest growing insurance firm are seeking a seasoned business analyst/ Project Manager. This role will represent business user to different business units for medium to large Insurance projects ( Life and Health).

Responsible in collect and analyze business requirements and facilitate the alignment of understand on requirements between business users and IT 

Coach and educate BA/Project team member/business users to up-life project delivery effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• Act as communication point between business users and technical teams to ensure delivery of effective solution to meet business needs
• Develop and manage project management plan ( including scopes, time line, resources, costs risk and issues, interdependencies, assumptions etc)
• Analyse and define user requirements to create the functional documentation
• Review business requirement documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates
• Execute user acceptance testing including test planning, test case  preparation/ creation and execution
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines
• Over 5 years of experience in Insurance Industry, with a focus on business analysis or Project management
• Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing user acceptance testing
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Prefer candidate from Financial domain
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
