Job Responsibilities

• Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.
• Address issues of Data Migration (Validation, Clean-up and Mapping), and will need to manage the Data Dictionaries.
• Provide governance and standard for Database Architecture, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics and Data Warehousing
• Provide insight into the changing database storage and utilization requirements for the company and offer suggestions for solutions
• Analyze database implementation methods to make sure they are in line with company policies and any external regulations that may apply
• Create data monitoring models for each product and work with different Business Units to create models ahead of data system releases
• Develop database design and architecture documentation for the management and executive teams

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field required (Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Data Integration and Data Management projects
• Knowledge of T-SQL, C# and .NET languages
• Experience in preparing technical / architect blueprint and in designing data architecture is an added advantage.
• Certified in appropriate technologies is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship;
