Job Descriptions:

• To provide general IT helpdesk support in arranging and monitoring the maintenance services for repairing the faulty computer equipment
• To assist in preparing documents including tender/quotation and invitation of tender/quotation on the procurement of hardware, software and IT services in accordance with internal procedures
• To arrange, prepare and check payment documents for settling invoices of purchased equipment and services
• To update and maintain inventory records of IT equipment and perform physical checks
• To keep stock and monitor stock level of computer supplies and assist in their procurement and payment
• To prepare documents and check records for providing support on quality management in IT services

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
• Experience in helpdesk call handling request or equipment procurement is a plus
• Knowledge in managing IT inventory records is an advantage
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in IT related field
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
