Job Responsibility, but not limited to:

• Proactively and effectively identify customer needs, understand business issues and drivers behind specific request.
• Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects by matching specific client business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Work with the Project Management office to scope, define, write, review and present Statements of Work (SOW)
• Possess the knowledge and expertise of all AOPEN solution products.
• Work closely with Solution Marketing and Management teams to stay current on all AOPEN product features and offerings.
• Provide input to Solution Marketing on client needs and industry trends for product enhancements.
• Assist in the preparation of SOW and RFP responses.
• Deliver technical and sales oriented presentations to customer’s technical staff and senior management.
• Recognized as technical point of contact and technology expert by customer.
• Maintain high level knowledge of competitive product lines, especially as it relates to technical strengths and weaknesses of the competitor's products.
• Provide continuous knowledge transfer to the sales team regarding technical aspects and benefits of the AOPEN products and services.
• Must be able to travel nationally as required.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on work experience in a Windows/ChromeOS/Linux/AndroidOS environment with good understanding of Operating System concepts and networking.
• Understanding of basic programming principles and development cycles
• Must be multi-lingual in Chinese, English and Cantonese
• Excellent team player able to work closely with other technical and business development colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time constraints in a calm manner.
• Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales.
• Able to combine technical elements with business needs and business requirements of clients.
• Relevant experience/familiarity with content management systems.
