Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical support on desktop/server hardware, software, application systems & networking maintenance services
• Monitor daily network and system server performance, troubleshooting for various technical issues
• Build, backup, System/application troubleshooting and administration of servers
• Perform routine tasks according to the jobs processing schedule, procedures, workflow
• Investigate and evaluate network problems and provide incident support and solutions
• Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
• Shift duty is required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in system server administration and networking
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and key technologies associated with it. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, Server and Desktop Virtualization Technology
• Certificated holders of MCP / MCSE / CCNA / CCNP / CLP is an advantage
• Solid experience in VPN, routers, switches, firewall devices, etc
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
• Immediate availability is preferred
