Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to IT Manager & provide full support of IT service to ensure the office operation run smoothly and effectively
- Provide technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software, server and networking administration
- Install and set up of PC, server and network for new office set up
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma graduate or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Firewall and Networking
- Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
