Responsibilities

• Maintain IT equipment and services, provide implementation support to vendors for hardware and IT systems
• Support network / hardware, installation, maintenance and licensing of IT systems and user account management
• Perform server and network configuration maintenance, data backup and system monitoring
• Handle ad hoc requests from user and workstation trouble shooting

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, Windows Server Management and Server virtualization
• Hands-on experience in hardware and system support
• Practical experience in Symantec SEP, Backup Exec and server scripting
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
